Led Healing Retreats

For 2025 we are offering three led healing retreats which will look at particular topics to assist and support you in your spiritual journey.  These include:

‘Discovering my Identity as a Child of God’  £380

3 day retreat (3 nights) with a combination of teaching sessions, space to reflect and short times of ministry.  The teaching part of the programme will cover our relationship and identity with God and some areas that may keep up separated from him.

Bereavement Retreats £435

4 day retreat (4 nights) following The Bereavement Journey course model for those who have been bereaved and feel they may not have come to terms with their loss.

‘Retiring Well’  3 Nights £380, 2 nights £270

2 night weekend retreat for those who have recently, or are planning to retire in the next couple of years.  The retreat explores calling in retirement, leaving work well, taking a gap, pacing life and many other relevant issues.  With time for presentations, interaction and time alone to plan and pray.

Led Weekend Retreats

During these weekends there will be led reflections and opportunities of quiet and space.  Please note, these are not silent retreats.  You are welcome to join us residentially or non-residentially (includes all meals except breakfast).

‘The Waiting Room’  – Led by Reverend Kate Picot:

2 nights residential £270, non-residential £150 Friday to Sunday.

Times of waiting for something to happen in life can be deeply challenging, whether the season is a few weeks, months or maybe even years.  In our busy world, can ‘waiting’ ever be fruitful?  In this retreat we will reflect on how waiting on God and waiting with God is fundamental to our spiritual life and growth.

‘The Father’s Heart’ – Led by Alison Goddard

2 nights residential £270, non-residential £150 Friday to Sunday.

Reflecting on the Parable of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32), we will spend time and space looking at how we may identify with the older and younger son and bring this under the gaze of our loving and generous Heavenly Father.

Creative Art Weekend – Led by Janie Cameron and Jenny Fry

2 nights residential £270, non-residential £150 Friday to Sunday.

Time set aside to be creative with like-minded people, whatever your level of experience.  Enjoy the sharing of ideas and be inspired by the beauty of the Harnhill surroundings.

(There is a limited availability for non-residential bookings.)

Personal Retreats from £225 to £540

This is a flexible self-led retreat: Minimum stay of 2 nights, up to 5 nights, available from Tuesday – Sunday. Arrival after 4pm, finishing at 2pm on the day of your departure.

These retreats are aimed at those whose desire is to take time away from everyday life and would appreciate space and time in the presence of God, to be renewed and restored. Personal retreats offer flexibility depending on your needs, time, and budget. They are suitable for those who wish to ‘do their own thing’, or for those who would like to receive healing prayer for the first time or who have previously attended a Journeying into Wholeness retreat.

We are pleased to offer one prayer ministry or one spiritual accompaniment appointment during your stay – please note, these appointments should be requested at the time of booking).

Personal Retreats offer flexibility of staying between 2 and 5 nights (between Tuesday and Sunday) to suit your time, availability and budget. All guests are welcome to join us at our daily times of worship.

What is Prayer Ministry?

Prayer ministry is the opportunity to meet with two members of our prayer team to share the deeper issues of life, whether in the past or the present, which are causing difficult emotions or ongoing challenges for you.

The team will listen to you and to the Lord and then will pray into the areas you feel are important or where the Lord may be highlighting.

What is Spiritual Accompaniment?

Spiritual accompaniment is the opportunity to meet with one of the team for a 45 minute appointment. The focus of this time is to reflect on how God is at work in your life and to help you listen to the Lord during your stay at the Centre.

It is a time of sharing and reflecting and although may finish with a closing prayer, is not prayer ministry. If you are facing a challenging life issue or experiencing difficult emotions, we would encourage you to book a prayer ministry appointment.
